Types Of Bongs
Straight Tube
These are the simplest bong designs. A tube has a mouthpiece at one end, and a bowl at the bottom. The longer the downstem, the smoother and more soothing the smoke is, because of the longer travel distance.
Beaker Bongs
The straight tube and beaker styles are similarly shaped but with different designs at the bottom. The bottom of a beaker pipe is flared into a cone shape that looks like a beaker. The smoking process and experience is almost the same as the straight tube.
Bubbler
It is also called percolator bong and has no specific structure. It can be either straight-tube, beaker-shaped, or round-base. The distinctive feature of the bubbler is its percolator. The bubbler is a piece of glass that disperses the smoke before it passes through the water. This causes a bubbling effect in the bubbler, making the smoke cooler.
Dab Rig
A dab rig is a water pipe that is used specifically for concentrates. You need to use a butane torch to heat up the nail or banger then simply dab your wax on. The process is definitely longer and a bit more complex than any other pipe.
