Q1. Can I have a sample order for your products?
A. Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check the quality, Mixed samples are also acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A . Samples need about 3-8 working days, the mass production time needs 3-5 weeks for order large quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limits for your product?
A . Low MOQ, 1 pc for sample also available.
Q4. What is your payment term?
A . Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit, and 70% balance against a copy of B/L. But if you need other payment terms for example L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q5. Is it OK TO print my logo on your product?
A . Yes. Please inform us formally before our mass production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6. Do you accept OEM and ODM?
A . Yes. ODM and OEM are both welcomed.
